Louis Vuitton to Launch Monogram Fetish Lockit Clutches and Bags

Luxury handbags are the most sought after accessory by women and Louis Vuitton has been masters at designing and creating collections that are lapped up by the women. They move along with the changing trends and fashion. They are about to launch their Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 2011 Lockit clutches and bags. It is an original design from 1958 which is making a comeback after so many decades. Something new in this collection is the change in the monogram. The new monogram has a glossy patent finish that looks elegant with the shiny collection.

The Lockit Clutch in the collection is the design which was first introduced in 1958. The trend is back, hence Louis Vuitton has reintroduced it. It is a design that makes the clutch suitable for any occasion. Key bell, padlock and handles are all covered by patent monogram canvas. The lining is matte goatskin. The tread used for stitching is ivory and the zipper pull is made from matching ivory resin. The elegant clutch measures 13.8″ x 7.5″ x 3.1″. It has just sufficient space for making it appropriate for any time of the day. The clutch has been priced at $2,420.

Lockit BB is another LV icon. It provides similar space for carrying your articles but the dimensions are a bit different as it measures 9″ x 9.4″ x 3.9. It is the preferred choice of fashion conscious women who do not like carrying a large bag. Lockit BB is also finished with shiny Monogram Fetish canvas. It features a polyester zipper pull and key bell. It is somewhat inexpensive with a price tag of $1,560.

The other bag in the Lockit collection measures 13.8″ x 15.3″ x 6.3″ and is suitable for those who require more space. It has a similar finish like the other bag and has been priced at $3,050. An oversize bag completes the collection. It is very useful while you are traveling. This bag measures 22.8″ x 21.6″ x 8.3″ size and retails at $5,000.
