The British car maker Bentley is envisioning a future luxury vehicle with a hologram butler. The future luxury vehicle is going to be different from other luxury cars. Porsche had announced its 2015 Cayenne line up in July this year but earlier this month, at the Paris Motor Show they revealed their Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid which is the latest addition to their vaunted Cayenne SUV lineup. Porsche, as a responsible corporate citizen is focused on reducing emissions and improving fuel efficiency.  The new car doesn’t look different than the newly upgraded Cayenne range but it successfully combines emissions-free electric motoring with the power and handling of Porsche’s premium SUV. MINI rolled out a brand new generation of its Cooper hatchback at its plant in Oxford on Monday but just a day later the car was being presented at events taking place in Los Angeles, Tokyo, Shanghai and London. Here are some live photos and a video taken at the separate reveals. The car’s reveal on Monday actually coincided with the 107th anniversary of the birth of Sir Alec Issigonis, the designer of the original Mini. He’s shown briefly in the video above working on the original Mini of the 1960s. The latest Cooper was designed together with BMW, the parent company of the modern MINI brand, and is bigger, more fuel efficient and more refined than the model it replaces. It rides on a new platform dubbed “UKL” which will eventually underpin a handful of new models from MINI as well as some from BMW. German manufacturer Knaus Tabbert decided we needed to rethink the traditional camper design. The result is the Caravisio, a yacht-like design that Tabbert calls “the caravan of the future.” The Caravisio was built for superior aerodynamic performance with its V-shapped design. Inside, the front bedroom (with two single beds, which can be combined into one double bed) offers a large panoramic window. The bathroom is fuller and more spacious and high tech than traditional camper bathrooms. An intelligent water management system controls water usage with the help of its own touchscreen. The entire camper is wired for the latest technology, including a finger scanner that locks and unlocks the Caravisio’s doors. In the back, the interior opens to a fold out deck. At this time, Tabbert doesn’t have a production plan for the Caravisio, but his project certainly is a harbinger to future luxury campers. By Matthew Breen

More important than the fact is that the major portion of that funding amounting to $258 million is believed to be provided by Google Ventures.
