Karl Lagerfeld Creates the Concept of Outdoor Bar & Restaurant Odyssey at Hotel Metropole
Hotel Metropole, Monte Carlo has a new luxurious and glamorous addition which is the restaurant and bar Odyssey. The new dining location has been created outdoors on the banks of a pool. There is no other space in Monte Carlo that serves an opulent menu created by Michelin star chef Joël Robuchon by the poolside. The new restaurant cum bar will open its doors for the guests later this month to cater to large number of vacationers coming for the summer getaway. Karl Lagerfeld who has even designed the interiors of a helicopter , is associated with the design of the outdoor space as a restaurant. He has put up a Grecian Mural as a backdrop at the poolside. The designer believes that the Mediterranean concept sets the mood and perfectly fits with the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant. It is no less than his films or exclusive accessories.
