We had also reported about the speculation being made by the experts in the industry that the Beckhams might decide to sell their Hertfordshire mansion, popularly known as Beckingham Palace. According to a report carried by The Sun, Kim Kardashian has shown an interest in the UK property owned by the British power couple.
The story carried by the tabloid has quoted reliable sources in the real estate industry. According to the reports the US reality star has requested the estate agents in Los Angeles to arrange for viewings of the sprawling mansion. The mansion is built on a 17 acre estate. Victoria and David Beckham had purchased the mansion way back in 1999. The real estate prices which had peaked in 2006-07 had been hurt badly by the global economic crisis. It would be interesting to see at what price this transaction for the Beckham home takes place.

The estate valued at £18m has all the luxuries and amenities that one would need or desire. It has plenty of space to accommodate the large family of the US reality star. Kim Kardashian became a star after starring in the TV hit Keeping up With The Kardashians. It looks like the celebrity real estate is on an upswing as Robbie Williams was also spotted in his Range Rover when he had gone for a viewing of the US mansion where Michael Jackson died in 2009. He has shown keen interest in purchasing the property on the luxury Holmby Hills estate.
