Nappa Valley Winery with One Bedroom Luxurious House Listed for $35 Million

Image
A one bedroom estate for $35 million sounds over the top but it is actually the Quixote Winery, a Stags Leap Winery Appellation property in Napa Valley that produces some of the most expensive wines . The total area on the property exceeds 42 acres. 27 acres of those are plantable and are currently planted in Petit Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. A comparable property is difficult to find on the market and that’s why the listing of such a property despite the hefty price tag is exciting for those who would like to own a winery of their own. Curbed National has carried the story of the Nappa Valley winery listing in some detail. Compared to the hefty price tag the house on the winery is rather modest. It is a one bedroom, two bathroom construction which has been designed by eminent Wine Country architect Howard Backen. The interiors of the house are sober yet luxurious. It is a lake front house with large spaces and fantastic views. It is not really a family home but comfo...

New York City is home to some of the most expensive real estate in the world. Need proof? Check out the One57 top floor penthouse . Listed at $115 million , this expensive Manhattan property is on its way to becoming the most expensive residential listing in New York City ever! Why are we not surprised? Pricey Duplex Penthouse Despite the price (which will anyway attract billionaire investors), the expensive Manhattan property has a lot going for it. The glass-walled property will look over the tops of some of Manhattan’s tallest buildings. The view from the penthouse is its biggest USP, but there are ...

These are upscale residences and architects have ensured that living in them will be fun. Similar architectural experiment has been done in a luxury New York penthouse as well.
