Actor Leonardo DiCaprio is selling off his Malibu beach front property for $18.9 million – a price cut of $4.1 million. The home is located in one of the most exclusive areas in the nation. DiCaprio bought the 2,600+ square foot house in 2002 for $6 million. It has been completely remodeled, and features seven baths, seven bedrooms, two kitchens, a gym and expansive frontage on the ocean. DiCaprio is reportedly selling the home because he spends most of his time in New York.
